Focus: Spinal Flow primarily addresses the spine and nervous system, while Massage Therapy focuses on muscles, joints, and soft tissues.
Approach: Spinal Flow is a non-invasive, gentle technique centered on balancing the nervous system, whereas Massage Therapy involves a variety of hands-on techniques applied directly to the body’s soft tissues.
Benefits: Spinal Flow is beneficial for those with systemic issues like chronic pain, stress, and nervous system imbalances. Massage Therapy is ideal for physical relaxation, tension relief, and muscle recovery.
Experience: Spinal Flow is typically a light, non-manipulative touch, while massage can range from gentle strokes to deep pressure, depending on individual needs.
Both therapies are valuable for promoting physical and emotional well-being, and the choice depends on your specific health goals and preferences.
